SALON POLICIES

DEPOSITS

Deposits are required to secure bookings. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment time will forfeit the booking deposit. We understand that circumstances change and appointments may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Deposits will be credited to future appointments when adequate notice is given.

NO-SHOW &
LATE ARRIVALS

Clients who no-show or arrive late by 15 minutes or more (without notice) will forfeit the booking deposit and will be required to pay for future appointments in full at the time of rebooking. This advance payment is not eligible for refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of the new booking time or a no-show.

REFUNDS

Change is your choice. Refunds will not be offered if you change your mind about the service you’ve received or the products you’ve purchased.

 

If you’re unsatisfied with a product or service, please reach out to us directly.

OHS & CHILDREN

OHS laws are strict for hairdressing salons. We ask that childcare arrangements are made for your appointment time. Children who are receiving a service must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

Chemicals, hot tools and sharp objects may injure little hands. Children who put themselves, clients or staff at risk will be ejected from the premises. The safety of your child is important to us and should be to you as well.

PRICES & QUOTES

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices listed online are a guideline only. Please book a free in-salon consultation for an accurate quote. All quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of quotation.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates may be used towards products or services (hair extension services excluded). Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Risk of loss of the gift certificate is passed on to the recipient upon delivery/transmission.

CCTV

Our premise is under constant video and audio surveillance. 

EJECTION OF THE PREMISE

If you are asked to leave Hair by Jazy Salon at any time, you must do so immediately. We have a zero tolerance policy for poor behaviour.
